Handmade unscented eye pillow insert, no decorative cover is included with this listing. We understand that some folks have sensitivities to scent so we keep this unscented eye pillow insert separate from our scented versions. 

What is an eye pillow used for? Eye pillows have a variety of uses. They are perfect for unwinding after a long stressful day, helping you fall asleep, assisting with your meditation practice, or used to enhance your shavasana at the end of yoga. The flax seed inside helps sooth your eyes and relax muscles.

What’s inside? Flax seed. That’s it. We use food grade quality flax seed because a product going on your eyes should be good enough to eat.

Can my eye pillow be warmed? Yes! Place it in the microwave for 20 seconds, or until it reaches the desired temperature.

Can my eye pillow be cooled? Yes! Store your eye pillow in a sealable plastic bag for about an hour before you want to use it.

Can I use my eye pillow anywhere other than my eyes? Absolutely! Many of our customers will use their eye pillow either warmed or cooled on their neck or shoulders to help relax sore tight muscles. If you struggle with writs pain, or have recently had surgery a cool eye pillow can soothe your pain.

How do I care for my eye pillow? Spot clean pillow with a slightly damp cloth, do not submerse in water.
